Environment Omaha – a partnership of the City of Omaha, the community and Omaha by Design – is developing a comprehensive environmental section for Omaha’s master plan. It covers five major content areas: the natural environment, urban form and transportation, building construction, resource conservation and community health.
Final drafts of all five content areas (the natural environment, urban form and transportation, building construction, resource conservation and community health) are available for public review. Comments and questions can be posted to the Environment Omaha blog.
The Environment Omaha team has developed a summary document that outlines the goals in each content area.
